Mojo de cilantro o Mojo verde

Mojo de cilantro or mojo verde

  • Coarse salt

  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1/2 head of garlic

  • 1 bunch of coriander

  • 1/4 glass of vinegar

  • 1 glass of olive oil

Preparation:Peel the heads of the garlic, add the clean pepper of granillos, cumin, cilantro, the coarse salt, the oil and the vinegar in a glass of a blender or mincer. When everything is well mixed, put it in a container or in a sauce boat to serve with food. If you keep it, store it in a cool place or in the fridge. If you prefer, you can do it the traditional way with a mortar instead of a blender.
