Since now, there are not non-stop buses running to the wonderful Village of Masca . Therefore, we offer your some ways to visit this marvellous town in the middle of the mountains.
Option A: by bus
1. - You have to take the bus nº 460, which leaves the Bus Station at 09:35 to Santiago del Teide. In Santiago del Teide you have to get down and take the bus nº 355 to Masca at 10:35.
2. - To come back, you have to take the bus nº 355 at 16:15 or at 18:15. You have to get down in Santiago del Teide and take again the bus nº 460 at 16:30, 18:30, or 20:40 to Costa Adeje/ Playa de Las Américas.
Option B: trekking + boat + bus
1. - You have to do the same as we say in Option- A - 1. Then, you can walk along the ravine of Masca enjoying nearly 3 hours of a nice and beautiful landscape. It is not recommendable for people that are not physically prepared.
2. - If you want to come back to Los Gigantes by boat, you have to phone the day before to 922.861918. The name of the boat is “ Nashira” and it will wait for you at 15:30 or 16:30. The price is 10 €. Once you are in Los Gigantes, you can take the bus nº 473 or 477 back to Costa Adeje/Playa de las Américas.
Option C: Car + trekking + boat + bus
1. - If you want to go to Masca by car and then walk down the ravine, there are two options: Option A: leaving your car in Masca. Option B, leaving your car in Santiago del Teide.
Option A: by bus
1. - You have to take the bus nº 460, which leaves the Bus Station at 09:35 to Santiago del Teide. In Santiago del Teide you have to get down and take the bus nº 355 to Masca at 10:35.
2. - To come back, you have to take the bus nº 355 at 16:15 or at 18:15. You have to get down in Santiago del Teide and take again the bus nº 460 at 16:30, 18:30, or 20:40 to Costa Adeje/ Playa de Las Américas.
Option B: trekking + boat + bus
1. - You have to do the same as we say in Option- A - 1. Then, you can walk along the ravine of Masca enjoying nearly 3 hours of a nice and beautiful landscape. It is not recommendable for people that are not physically prepared.
2. - If you want to come back to Los Gigantes by boat, you have to phone the day before to 922.861918. The name of the boat is “ Nashira” and it will wait for you at 15:30 or 16:30. The price is 10 €. Once you are in Los Gigantes, you can take the bus nº 473 or 477 back to Costa Adeje/Playa de las Américas.
Option C: Car + trekking + boat + bus
1. - If you want to go to Masca by car and then walk down the ravine, there are two options: Option A: leaving your car in Masca. Option B, leaving your car in Santiago del Teide.
