Diving and freediving centers in Adeje

It is important to note that, to practice scuba diving you need a valid diving certification if you want to do more advanced dives.

If you don't have a certification, you can start with a basic diving course to get it. Sea baptism is one such option and a good way to try it if you like the activity. They are conducted through accredited dive centers and clubs and have to be taught by qualified personnel with the qualification of group guide. If you see that this is your thing, you can subsequently take a diving course to obtain this certification.

As always, it is essential to follow diving safety guidelines and respect the marine environment. Do not touch or harm marine life, and avoid carrying objects that may pollute the marine environment.

If you are interested in scuba diving on your trip to Costa Adeje, we recommend contacting the local dive centers for more detailed information about the services they offer, prices and diving options available depending on your level of experience.
